In 2004 Dave will be doing some
half day seminars on health and fitness. These informative
seminars will cover the following.
- Eating for health and fat loss
- Different types of exercise and their usefulness
- The importance of rest and recovery
- Food supplements
Being fit and healthy
is not about one diet or one type of exercise. Everybody is
different and has different needs. Having said that, there
is a basic template for success.
During the half
day seminar Dave will tell you everything you need to know
to reach your desired weight and fitness.
There is a book
that accompanies the seminar and is free to all participants,
So you will not need to take notes.
The talks will be
taking place in hotels arround the country and the cost will
be £200 per person.
